INGREDIENTS

4 portion : Time: 30 to 5 mins
Potato : 125 gms
Green peas : 75 gms
Cauliflower : 100 gms
Blue berry : 50 gms
Ginger : 25 gms
Cumin seeds : 5 gms
Cashew nut : 50 gms
Salt : To taste
Cream : 30 ml

METHOD

  • Grind onion, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, cashew nut, blue berry and garam masala.
  • Pure the tomatoes.
  • Grind the ingredients of Chutney to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil. Add onion ginger paste. Add red chilies powder. Cook till done.
  • Add tomato puree. Cook till done.
  • Add vegetables and cook them in the gravy. Add little water if required
  • When the vegetables are almost done, add chutney paste. Cook without covering.
  • Serve hot garnished by cream and blue berries.
